Physical Activity


Physical activity is any activity this you may do that helps to enhance or maintain your physical fitness as well as your health in general.Example, walking or cycling to work or school, gardening, doing housework, DIY around the house, and any active or manual work that you may do as part of your job.This includes activities such as active play into children,dancing, and walking or cycling for recreation.Other exercise and fitness training at a gym or during an exercise class, rugby ,swimming and competitive sports such as football and tennis, etc.                                                                                           

If you are  at danger of putting on weight, you should ideally and mentally build up to 50-60 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most days to help to manage your weight.Physical activity is defined as any bodily vibrance produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy consumption. Physical inactivity has been identified as the fourth leading danger factor for global mortality causing an estimated 3.2 million deaths globally.
